            Recently on Listing Presentation with some very anxious sellers we were walking through their home and showing me all the things, they loved about their home and the things they just couldn’t live with anymore. They were showing me the project that had anticipated completing and ones they thought for sure they had to complete before listing the home. The things they didn’t like about the home were the cabinets, the countertops, the Carpet and hardwood combinations. With the pandemic and more and more people staying home in their houses are starting to realize a lot of things they don’t like.      

           A lot of people are starting home projects, fixing things, doing home improvements from a wide variety of things, however, in this particular scenario above as I walked through their home, I loved the cabinets, I loved the countertops, the hardwoods, and the carpet (that was new). All the home needed was Paint!! Did you know that a fresh coat of paint makes your home smell like new, did you know with the right color (a lighter color) it can bring life to cabinet’s, counters, and flooring? Long story short after getting the painting done throughout their home, they said to me, we kind of don’t want to move we love how our house looks, and wish we have done this a long time ago, by now they were under contract on another home and decided to let is go!
